4月25日,在第十四届中国·东光国际纸箱包装机械博览会上,一台全智能高速裱纸翻转收纸联线设备展示出强大的功能,让前来考察的巴基斯坦客商当场签下数台的订单。

“这台设备的最大亮点,是全智能高速裱纸机和全自动翻转收纸机的联合生产,实现了纸箱生产和码放的全自动化。”东光县恒隆机械制造有限公司总经理刘希龙说,以往的纸箱包装机械在生产完纸箱后,需要人工收纸并将其码放整齐。

博览会上,包装机械新产品发布是包装机械企业关注的焦点。

快递纸箱生产线、高速水墨印刷开槽模切机、高速全自动双片钉箱机……344家参展商都拿出了自家主打的新产品。刘希龙说:“这些新产品,代表了包装机械的前沿水平,为企业转型发展打开了新思路。”

“这台设备,每天生产数万个纸箱!”在沧州星凯利纸箱机械制造有限公司展台,公司负责人张雅利向客户介绍着自家的双排印刷压线模切粘箱打包一体联动线,引来不少客商围观。

“前不久,沈阳的一个客户购置了一台这款设备。今天,他们又订购了一台!客户看中的是啥?就是咱设备的自动化水平。”张雅利介绍,该联动线包含伺服送纸系统、双排联动线等自动化系统,改变了传统单联动线出纸方式,降低了纸板分切成本,大大提高了产量。如今,一台设备单日产量相当于传统单联动线单日产量的三倍。
